Valtera Affiliate Selected by Doosan to Streamline Global Selection and Hiring in China

Rolling Meadows, Ill. (April 27, 2007) Valtera announced today that Valtera Asia Pacific has won a contract to develop and implement a new regional selection process for Doosan Corporation. Myungjoon Kim, Regional Director of Valtera Asia Pacific, will oversee the project, which involves standardizing the global selection model and implementing a tailored regional selection and hiring process in China.

The initial phase of the project will involve a diagnosis of selection and hiring practices in China. Based on the findings, the project team will develop selection tools tailored to social and cultural differences to attract and retain high quality job candidates.
