Luther Home Chooses QHRnet Self Service Module

Tuesday, January 2, 2007
QHR Software Inc. is pleased to announce Luther Home has selected QHRnet, Quadrant HR's self service module, to complement the Quadrant HR Payroll and Staff Scheduling solution which they have used since October 2003 to administer 110 employees.

Ray Koop, CEO of Luther Home says "Luther Home is looking forward to implementing the QHR web services in the new year. We believe that the time saved in maintaining the demographic data of our employees is sufficient cause to move forward with the initiative. We also expect that the prospect of having staff being able to access their schedules, view pay stubs, review their various banks and request leaves on-line will further enhance the value. We remain confident that, as our organization continues to advance the use of technology in every aspect of our operation, this project will help to further that objective."

QHRnet will help Luther Home address the following business challenges:
- Reduce the number of transactional inquiries into the Human Resources Department
- Facilitate employee and manager communication and workflow such as employee submission and manager approval of leave requests online.
- Provide employees with the capability to view and update personal information online in a user-friendly, secure environment.

Luther Home is also underway with the implementation of Quadrant HR's Human Resources module with a target 'go live' date in early 2007.

Luther Home is a non-profit, multi-facility Personal Care Home organization serving seniors in Winnipeg, Canada. Residents of the Home are individuals whose accommodation needs range from elderly person housing and mobility suites to those who can no longer live independently.
