Bradford & Bingley deploys Oracle self-service HR platform


 
Bradford & Bingley has deployed a self-service human resources system from Oracle.
Self-service HR allows employees to update their personal records and other areas of their working details themselves, taking the burden off the HR department.
Application Lynx, a provider of HR and payroll solutions, has implemented the Oracle Human Capital Management solution, part of the Oracle E-Business Suite, at Bradford & Bingley.
The project involved the implementation of the Human Capital Management HR Self Service, Learning Management, and Daily Business Intelligence modules.
They will enable Bradford & Bingley's HR department to support the HR business requirements for more than 3,000 staff across the UK.

Ian Anderson, HR director at Bradford & Bingley, said, "The rapid and efficient deployment of the solution by Application Lynx allows us to provide faster access for employees. In turn, the HR department can improve productivity and overall service whilst reducing administrative requirements."
