ExponentHR, a human resources information system (HRIS) company that utilizes web-based technology to transform traditional payroll processing, HR administration, and benefits administration into a powerful business system, recently presented at the third annual IHRIM-DFW Texas Talent Management & HR Systems Regional Expo in Dallas March 6. The company also presented at the IHRIM Mini-Conference: HR, Technology & You in Greer, S.C. March 14. At both events, Principal Fidel Baca spoke on “Vendor Application Challenge—Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS).”
