ORRA is pleased to announce abreakfast event focused on the increasing difficulty in recruiting qualifiedtalent to meet business requirements in the Ottawa area.
While known for its telecom andsoftware expertise, the emerging industry clusters (e.g. clean technologies,life sciences) are also struggling to attract different skill sets to Ottawa. The employmentmarket is tight and given the local demographics and growth projections, wewill need to import talent to meet the demandin all industry sectors.
